Networld Tours & Travels prioritizes customer satisfaction. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and service changes are handled.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- 7 days prior: 80% refund.
- 3–6 days prior: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days: No refund.
2. Cancellation by Company
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
- GST, service charges, and third-party booking fees are non-refundable.
